Once these steps are completed, you'll be ready to start the onboarding process.

Access to Media Kit Folder

Social media is a powerful tool for promoting your notary services. With our service, you will have access to a media kit that is updated weekly. This kit includes high-quality flyers, videos, and content to keep your social media profiles engaging and professional. Additionally, we offer courses that teach you how to effectively utilize social media to attract and retain clients. These resources ensure that your online presence is strong and continuously growing.

Access to DocuSign

As part of our service, you will be onboarded and trained on the DocuSign notary platform. This training includes learning how to navigate the platform efficiently and make the most of its features. You will have access to customizable templates, digital seals, and certificates, which are essential tools for your notary work. Once trained, you can begin taking clients and performing notarizations seamlessly through DocuSign.

Start Notarizing 

Every remote online notarization requires an envelope, which is an integral part of the process. You have the flexibility to purchase envelopes at your own pace, either at a discounted rate or at the full price per envelope, depending on what suits you best. You will be billed for each envelope you use, allowing you to manage your expenses effectively. This system ensures that you can start notarizing without any hassle and focus on providing excellent service to your clients.
